About the Doctor

Amy B. Farnsworth DMD

Dr. Amy Farnsworth received her undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame and her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree, as well as a certificate in orthodontics from University of Louisville.

Prior to starting her orthodontic residency, she completed a residency in advanced general dentistry. Dr. Farnsworth has been in practice since 1995.

Dr. Farnsworth is a member of the American Dental Association, American Association of Orthodontists, Kentucky Association of Orthodontists, Louisville Dental Society, Kentucky Association of Women Dentists and the Southern Association of Orthodontists. She serves as co-chair on the Smiles Change Lives Kentucky Chapter. A non-profit organization that provides orthodontic treatment to financially needy adolescents.

Dr. Farnsworth and her husband have one son. Dr. Farnsworth loves spending time with her family, she also enjoys running and traveling.
