Dr. Amy Farnsworth and her team work together to give you a terrific, healthy smile and enhanced self-image at an affordable price. We utilize the latest technological advances in the profession to provide the best care possible.

We recognize that every patient has different needs, but all patients seeking treatment want to achieve a beautiful smile. As the first and only provider of Suresmile in Kentucky, Dr. Farnsworth offers a truly unique and highly specialized approach to achieving this goal for her patients. She is happy to make Suresmile technology available to the Louisville area. As a Suresmile user since January 2007, Dr. Farnsworth is able to reduce treatment time by up to 40 percent in most cases, while also achieving an unparalleled level of precision in treatment through this state-of-the-art technology. Suresmile is available for both children and adults. For patients seeking “invisible braces”, Dr. Farnsworth also offers Invisalign treatment.

Treatment results are only one part of the success of a practice. Patient care is a very important part of our success as well. Dr. Farnsworth is the only doctor in both locations and will personally see each and every patient. This approach provides continuity of care and the ability to truly establish a relationship with each and every patient. Our team strives daily to provide efficient, courteous treatment to all of our patients. Appointments
Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment. Please call 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel and reschedule.

Insurance
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services and allow them 45 days to render payment. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.
