Welcome to our practice! Dr. Farnsworth and her team strive to make you feel comfortable throughout your orthodontic treatment. Each member of our team is highly trained and skilled, and has years of experience in treating patients with the highest level of care. We deliver the very latest in technology and advances by regularly attending continuing education courses and seminars.

Jennifer Manley
Jennifer has been an orthodontic assistant for a total of twenty six years and has been with this practice for 13 years. She loves the feeling she gets when she makes patients that are nervous feel more comfortable about getting braces and their orthodontic treatments. She enjoys watching her sons play sports and working out at the gym.

Bev Logsdon
Bev Logsdon has been in the dental field for 33 years and has been an orthodontic assistant at our office for 13 years. She enjoys spending time with her husband, son and daughter in law. Bev loves music and living a healthy lifestyle.

Shantel Simpson
Shantel has been an orthodontic assistant for 8 years and has been with our office for 4 years. As of 2007 she became the Sure Smile Coordinator.

Phylis Logsdon
Phylis has been the lab tech for 24 years and has been with our practice for 13 years. She makes all appliances and retainers. Outside of work she loves being with family and friends.

Mindy Berry
Mindy enjoys spending time with family and friends and loves to take hikes. She has been in the dental field for 18 years and has been in orthodontics for 12 of those years.

Cheri
Cheri has worked in the dental field for 12 years. The last 7 years as a Business Manager in orthodontics. She loves and enjoys her two grown sons and daughter-in-law. Cheri is also blessed with wonderful friends and family, loves to shop and visit Bed and Breakfasts.
